Yoga in the park
Join me on the first and third Sunday of every month for outdoor yoga. Yoga offers physical and mental health benefits for people of all ages. And, if you’re going through an illness, recovering from surgery or living with a chronic condition, yoga can become an integral part of your treatment and potentially hasten healing.

Zumba
Let's get moving at one of my weekly community classes. Besides regulating weight, Zumba can help lower your risk of heart disease, reduce your blood pressure and bad cholesterol, and boost your good cholesterol.

Private Events
